We have moved to Springhead, Hull and I am pleased to report that the facilities at Springhead are good: we have two bowling greens and a pavilion. The greens convert into 4-short lawns or 2-full lawns. Club days are Mondays and Tuesdays from 2pm to 4pm and Saturday mornings from 10 am to 12pm. Both association croquet and golf croquet are played at this club. There is ample car parking space and a cafe on site.
Training can be arranged for members new to the game or members wishing to improve their game and of we hold taster sessions for those wishing to try the game of croquet.
2026 Annual Membership Categories and Rates. The season runs from April to October:
Annual 2026 membership – £90
Country membership 2026 (if you live 25 miles from the club) – £70
Associate membership 2026 (if this is your second club) – £40
Social membership 2026 (you are not actually playing but would like to attend social events) – £25
New to Croquet i.e. First season 2026- £50
First season – late joining (after July 2026) – £20
Subscriptions are due on 15th April of each year.
The preferred method of payment is by BACS, but we do accept cheques: sort code: 2098-98, account number: 03973247. Please use the reference ‘SUBS’ + your surname.

In time, you will be able to register your application for membership, or renewal of your existing membership, by scanning or clicking on the QR code. But at present, the new membership form 2026 has not yet been approved by the committee so please don’t use the QR code.
